Dakshya Career Academy (DC) was established in September 2020 with the goal of mentoring, coaching, and training future leaders of the defense forces. The academy is run and managed by three former Nepali Army officers, and it is entirely focused on applying three-dimensional psychological techniques (IO/TO/GTO) to enhance the personality and overall growth of an officer candidate.
In addition to psychological testing, DC also conducts Lok Sewa written preparation classes for officer candidates, as well as all other essential tests such as counseling, bearing, physical, and pre-medical. The academy also organizes various events that aim to raise awareness and sensitivity about the Nepali Army and other security forces.

All aspiring youth (boys and girls) who match the Nepali Army's
requirements and recruitment norms are welcome to apply for the new admission,
which is announced by the Nepali Army. Candidates for officer cadets have 35
days to finish their application forms, with the option to extend that period
by a further 7 days if they meet the double payment criteria. Officer Cadet
Candidates may apply to our Academy for new admission up to one or two months
before the Nepali Army posts openings for officer cadets. Dakshya Career
Academy (DC) has all the necessary resources, including expert instructors,
SMEs, psychologists, and Loksewa experts (TO, GTO, & IO), to offer officer
cadet preparation training. While we have the largest GTO, this is the only
academy with all three energetic psychological experts. The following
requirements must be fulfilled in order for young people who aspire to join the
Nepali Army as an officer, now known as lieutenant rank in Nepali Army.
